Adam specialises in Personal Injury work and does a wide variety of fast and multi track cases mainly road traffic accidents, slipping and tripping and employers liability. He appears regularly for both claimants and defendants at all levels of court, as well as at Coroner's Inquests, CICB and CICAP and is regularly reported in Current Law Quantum reports.
Adam also appears principally on behalf of claimants in fast and lower value multi track Clinical Negligence disputes. In addition to his County and High Court work, he is experienced in the Magistrates Court focussing on transport related crime on behalf of road haulage companies and private individuals.
